SmartDB 3.4 is software that helps in database creation.
This tool could include records which can have up to 22 different fields. Those fields can be declared as text or number. Ten Photographs or multimedia files can be added for each record. The records can also be ordered by any of the 22 fields. It is also possible to seek on the first field. The tool also has the flexibility to global seek overall database. Each of the databases can be protected and classified as read only. Each database can be ciphered with a six digits key chosen by the user. The filters can be used on any of the 22 fields. The user can isolate quickly the records with a photo and each database can be printed. The user can also preview before printing and each database can be exported in Excel or CSV format. The excel file or the CSV file can be imported to create a new database. The same option is available for adding data to an existing database. DBase files can also be used to create a new database. The printing is possible with various formats. There are 10 skins to choose from to make it more appealing.
The program lets the user create various databases or modify the existing ones with different sets of options and tools included in the program.
